1. Payments: All services require a deposit/payment upfront. There are payment plans options such as Klarna, Affirm, AfterPay & Sezzle available at checkout.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

3. Notary Services: Start at $6, with additional fees based on document requirements and travel.

4. Consultations: Required for all services before they are provided. All consultations are between 30 and 60 minutes. If the time exceeds scheduled session, there is an additional fee of $15 for every 15 minutes exceeded. The consultations are priced as follows:

   • Travel Planning & Resume/Cover Letter Services: $25

   • Regular Services: $50

   • Web Design: $100

5. Brand Audits: A detailed review of a brand's market position and effectiveness, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

6. Coaching Calls: One-on-one calls providing advice and support for your brand or business.

7. Invoice and Payments: After the consultation, an invoice will be issued based on the needs discussed. Payment must be made in full within 48 hours to avoid cancellation of your appointment/services.

8. Appointment Changes and Cancellations: 

   • ​Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours, resulting in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will also result in the deposit being non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • Late fees of $15 are charged for every 10 minutes of lateness. If you're 30 minutes late, the appointment is canceled, and the deposit is lost.

9. Agreement: By booking, you confirm your agreement with these terms.
